The Ontario's Anesthesiologists’ Professional Development Program is a continuing medical education platform providing a range of accessible development opportunities using different modalities, such as podcasts, webinars and structured on-line courses. The approach is to either access the experts and hear from them directly or to curate content  i.e., to present existing resources in a new way rather than to create all new materials from scratch. 

In response to member requests, topics will be diverse, ranging from providing insights into negotiations, to such leadership development topics as dealing with disruptive behaviour and expanding one's emotional intelligence, to foundational pieces such as understanding the health system and core content such as pain management and improving OR efficiency. While the prime audience is practitioners in the field of anesthesiology and pain medicine in Ontario i.e., the membership of Ontario's Anesthesiologists, we are confident that others involved in the health system across Canada will find the resources to be of value. Our purpose is to inform, educate and even entertain as you gain important MOC credits, garner new perspectives, improve your practice and grow as a leader.

New content will be added on a regular basis. Existing content will continue to be assessed for its relevance with changes being made on an ongoing basis in response to feedback.
